Sparkle Store Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting Sparkle & Shine Shelby LLC.
All of our products are handmade in small batches, and we take great pride in quality and customer experience. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following policy:
🔹 All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal-use nature of our items (cleaning sprays, refills, minis, sponges, towels, bundles, and subscription items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
This policy ensures product safety, freshness, and hygiene for all customers.
🔹 Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A photo of the product

A photo of the packaging

Your order number
We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
2. Incorrect Orders
If we accidentally sent the wrong item, size, or scent, we will correct it immediately at no cost to you.
🔹 Subscription Refunds
By subscribing, you agree to the full subscription terms.
Subscriptions cannot be refunded, canceled early, or skipped once the billing cycle has started. This is because your batch is produced specifically for you each month.
If your subscription order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it.
🔹 Lost or Stolen Packages
Sparkle & Shine Shelby LLC is not responsible for:

Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
We will always help guide you through a carrier claim if needed.
🔹 Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been processed, batched, or shipped.
If you made an error at checkout, contact us immediately, and if your order has not been processed, we will do our best to assist.
